Oulton Park 2009. Second ever weekend in the R300 and it wasn’t going according to plan. Wasn’t the best weekend but still like this photo.
..yet nothing really going on. Everything is behind the scenes stuff at the moment getting the hard work done before the season starts. Plenty of training, running around organising things but nothing in the way of track time.
Another small job complete, much bigger monitor in the van.
At last something beneficial to the viewing public comes from the SKY take over of F1 coverage with the announcement of GP2 and GP3 coverage live. Thats more like it.

First time any footage has emerged of the Caterham SP300/r turning laps at Donington National and pretty impressive they are too.
Whilst the car is by not yet finished development is progressing nicely, lapping the Donington National Layout in 1.05 secs. This already makes it quicker than a Radical SR3 which has a lap record of 1.06 and has the Radical SR8 in its sights with a 1.03.7.

The car spent a couple of days being cleaned before off to the Caterham Awards Dinner. Thanks to SPY Motorsport for making it look so good!
